The basic mission of the program is; To train qualified technical personnel who can work in food, environment and research laboratories, who can carry out analysis processes accurately and reliably in accordance with standards, and who adhere to ethical values.

The vision of the program; Our aim is to be an educational program that follows scientific and technological developments, adopts a quality-oriented education approach, equips its graduates with employable qualifications at national and international levels, constantly interacts with stakeholders and renews itself. In line with the current situation analysis, strategic goals have been determined to strengthen the application-oriented education approach; It is planned to increase the practical experience of students through internships, on-the-job training, project-based learning and sector collaborations. In the medium and long term, the program; It is aimed to become a nationally preferred program that develops sustainable collaborations with academic and sectoral stakeholders, continuously improves education and training processes, increases the employability of its graduates.
